Yoga Mindfulness Training is designed to teach employers and employees how to relieve mental and physical stress and tension during a hectic work day. Our training includes learning restorative yoga poses, some of which can be done at a desk, and simple breathing techniques, all of which bring peace and relaxation to mind and body.
